When I first saw his artworks, I was stunned by his unusual and very interesting style. Chewy Stoll, a Washington-based 3D artist, creates surreal landscapes and distorted human forms. His creations are a healing tool for past traumas and a visual diary.
Let’s now dive in to see his thoughts on the NFT space, and his successes so far.
What was your journey to the NFT industry?
Fewocious, a friend who was also in the NFT space, and others who were there before me helped me to learn about it.
How frequently do you create
I create almost every single day. I enjoy spending at least an hour a day working on different projects, and bouncing back-and-forth as I make progress.
Do you know of any CryptoArtists that you’d love to work with?
Although there are many artists I would love to work with, Smeccea would be my choice. She is my greatest inspiration and her art transcends all boundaries.
How do you see CryptoArt’s future?
The future of crypto is going to be different for everyone, I believe. It is freedom to express myself through different mediums and create the things that I value.
Where are you currently working?
Wave 2 is currently in progress. It’s called “STAGES”. This collection depicts vulnerable states of being, as I recover from past trauma. You can find the link to Stages in my bio.
