Exclusible announced it had sold its Private Islands in The Sandbox. Exclusible, a rapidly-growing marketplace for premium NFTs and metaverse real property, is an example of a market that’s booming. The Sandbox metaverse contains 25 private islands.
Exklusive Private Islands in The Sandbox are seized by big names
The Sandbox’s Exclusible Private Islands have prime real estate. They are actually right next to one of the primary Sandbox Lands. This prime location in the metaverse is an important part of the Private Islands’ value. The total private island sales reached 910 ETH or $2.9M at the time this article was written.
There are also four sizes for the 25 Exclusive Private islands. Each island can have many features. You have the option of helipads or a private harbour, as well as different furniture and interior and exterior options.
One would expect that there were many notable buyers who bought one of these private islands. Exclusible’s plots were purchased by professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and supermodels. Only people with over 1 million followers on social media were allowed to purchase the last few properties.
Thibault Launay was the co-founder and CEO at Exclusible. He noted the speed with which the sale occurred, saying:

Exclusible is a prominent fixture in digital luxury
Although Exclusible is not the first company to use The Sandbox’s land, the move puts it in the top tier of brands. Warner Music Group and Ubisoft are some of the names that have partnered with The Sandbox. The Sandbox is a top-rated metaverse platform and this continues to be so.
Exclusible is without doubt one of the most prominent names in the new sector of digital luxury products. It has firmly established its position in The Sandbox but it isn’t stopping there. It plans to create additional projects in other metaverses, including the Sandbox competitor Decentraland.
Exclusible Luxury District’s 150 villas were sold shortly before the Private Island sale. This is the high-end neighborhood Exclusible created in The Sandbox.
